When we visited NYC a couple years ago, we delighted in french macarons from La Maison du Chocolat on Rockefeller which was too close to where we stayed at Times Square.

I have a craving for this right now!  I sent the SOS on Facebook and my sister [who just returned from a business trip in Asia and Europe] quickly replied that she had a box from Paris from Pierre Herme.  Oh bless my sweet yearning soul. 

Have you ever tried these?  It's a taste of heaven, I tell you!  And you cannot stop with just one. 

I have a feeling I'll be seeing my sibling soon. Hurry up, weekend.  I can already taste it!

I've been a tote girl for a few months now.  My traveler sister has instructions to find me cool tote bags in her travels ~ and in case of emergency ~ her closet is a shopping zone.

Problem is, I get tired of things quickly.  In my past life, I spent a ton of good $$ on frivolous finds ~ only to tire of an item.  Fortunately, I have girls who are happy to inherit some things and appreciate it when they do. 

Today, in my quest to switch bags, I went through my closet and found an old fave ~  Hello Louis V!  Nice to see you again!

And I checked!  My wallet, checkbook, cell  and camera with a lens fit !  Oh joy!  It feels brand new all over again.  And best of all ~ I have it in red too!

I love recycle and reuse!  Ain't it a wonderful thing?

Travel some?  There are checkpoint friendly laptop bags now that help you zip through security at the airports. I'm currenly loving this from MobileEdge.  My sister who zips around the entire globe for her job has found it ultra convenient.  This and a hand carry is all she takes.  Simplify some?

If you're wondering what inspired me when I was thinking of the name of this site ~ well ~ here you have it.  I discovered this GODLY premium coffee that I'm enjoying as I write this post.

Godiva Breakfast Blend ~ double the darkness, just a very subtle hint of chocolate but very rich flavorful coffee.

There are two things my husband and I like to rate as far as food is concerned.  Coffee is one of them.  The other is clam chowder (different post on that one day).  By far, no one has come close to the home made clam chowder my BIL in CT makes, we have found many amazing places that we've rated worthy of nom nom nom.

For now, mmmmm, this second cup topped with whipped cream is uber delicious.
